Thank you to everyone who has donated (or is still donating) to my DGD initiative! It warms my heart to know how much support I have and how much awareness we can all bring to mens health, together. 

The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive are working with Movember to combat prostate cancer and mental health impacting men all around the world. The funds we raise build vital programs and fund life-saving research, as we encourage those close to us to take care of themselves, the same way we care for our cars.

The causes of suicide are complex. There’s no single reason why men take their own lives, but we do know that by improving overall mental health we can reduce the risk of suicide. We need to address untreated mental health conditions among men, urgently. 

Too many men are toughing it out and struggling alone. There’s no shame in checking in your own mental wellbeing, as well as those close to you. Our friends over at Movember have produced some handy guides, that might help take the sting out of broaching the subject.

Getting behind the wheel for The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive

On Sunday the 28th of September, I'll be taking part in The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive! On the same day around the globe, thousands of classic car enthusiasts will be doing the same, in over 64 countries!

We're raising funds and awareness for two very important causes; prostate cancer and men's mental health. I've set my own fundraising goal at a modest USD$500

We need to help men around the world live happier and healthier lives. With men's chances of developing prostate cancer increasing, and one man dying every minute from suicide, we must do all we can ASAP, to prevent more men from suffering!

Where would we be without the men we love? These issues can silently affect our fathers, brothers, husbands & sons. In turn- this affects us all, whether we know it or not, and together we can support the change and shed light on prevention.
