Aloha! Time to Drive!

Sunday 24th

Ladies and gentlemen, the day we've all been waiting for has arrived – today is The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive! And this year, we're turning up the heat in sunny Fort Lauderdale with a touch of Aloha flair. So, ditch those wool suits, because it's time to don your finest Hawaiian shirts and embark on a journey that combines classic cars, private collections, and good old-fashioned camaraderie.

**Starting Point: Rhino Land & Peter Pan Diner**

We kick off our adventure at Rhino Land, conveniently located behind the iconic Peter Pan diner. Park your classic ride in front of Rhino Land, and before we hit the road, grab a cup of steaming coffee at Peter Pan. But here's the twist – before the drive, you're in for a treat. Rhino Land boasts a unique private car collection that's worth exploring. So, sip your coffee, soak in the vintage vibes, and get ready for an unforgettable ride.

**Stop Two: Tarpon River Brewery & Lefrey Land**

Our next stop takes us to the Tarpon River Brewery. Park your classic beauty and head around back, where an automotive treasure trove awaits at Lefrey Land – a colossal man cave. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked bar, a collection of extraordinary cars, and even a full-motion NASCAR simulator for the ultimate racing experience. After indulging your inner petrolhead, stroll back to the brewery for a well-deserved lunch.

**Stop Three: Rebel Motor Company**

After refueling both yourself and your classic ride, we're off to the Rebel Motor Company. Here, you'll discover a veritable playground for car enthusiasts. With over a dozen cars and trucks on display, as well as a man cave that features a bar with a panoramic view of the entire collection, Rebel Motor Company is a paradise for vintage vehicle lovers.

**Final Destination: Boardroom Bar**

As the sun starts to set, we make our way to the 4:30 Boardroom Bar, where more delectable food and refreshing drinks await. It's the perfect place to unwind, share stories about the day's adventures, and forge new friendships among fellow distinguished gentlemen.

**Aloha, Florida Style!**

Given the sizzling Florida weather, we've decided to bend the rules a bit. Today, we invite you to wear your most vibrant Hawaiian shirts, embracing the spirit of Aloha as we cruise in style. Let's make this Distinguished Gentleman's Drive 2023 a memorable one, filled with classic cars, unique collections, and the camaraderie of kindred spirits.

Get ready to rev those engines, sip some coffee, and enjoy the ride. Today, we celebrate the love for classic cars and the noble cause we support together. See you on the road, dressed to impress in your finest Hawaiian attire! 🌺🏁

4 Day left!

Wednesday 20th

Are you ready to don your dapper attire and hit the road for a noble cause? Sunday, September 24th, marks a special day for classic car enthusiasts and philanthropists alike – it's The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive 2023! This year, Fort Lauderdale is going "Aloha Dapper," bidding farewell to the usual woolen suits that prove too hot for the scorching Florida summer. But there's more to this event than just fashion; it's about driving for a purpose.

Together with thousands of like-minded individuals across the globe, I am thrilled to be a part of this extraordinary event, all in support of Movember. The mission is clear: raising funds to help men around the world lead happier and healthier lives. With only 4 days left until the Aloha Dapper day arrives, we have an urgent mission to fulfill – to raise as much as possible for this worthy cause. Movember is about addressing critical men's health issues, such as mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. These issues affect us all, whether directly or indirectly, and it's our collective responsibility to make a positive change.

Driving with a Heavy Heart

Saturday 9th

This year's Distinguished Gentleman's Drive holds deep personal significance for me. With a heavy heart, I'll be participating in this event, having recently experienced the loss of two beloved family members. In March, my brother-in-law's sudden passing sent shockwaves through our lives, leaving us struggling to cope with the void he left behind. He was remembered as a kind, warm, and adventurous person. Just a few months later, in July, we had to bid farewell to my father-in-law, a strong and wise presence in our family who had battled an illness for some time. His loss was felt not just by us but by everyone who had known his kindness and wisdom.

And then, as if the weight of grief was not enough, August brought another heart-wrenching blow. My own father, a source of inspiration and unwavering support throughout my life, passed away. His wisdom, guidance, and love had been my guiding light, and his absence left an immeasurable void in my heart.

Amidst the challenges of this past year, the Distinguished Gentleman's Drive offers a glimmer of hope and purpose. It encourages open discussions about men's health, reminding us to cherish our time with family and friends, as life can be unpredictable. Through regular health check-ups and conversations about our physical and mental well-being, we can honor the memories of those we've lost. This event is not just about stylish Drives; it's about making a difference in men's lives worldwide.

So, on September 24th, I'll be Driving with a heavy heart, but I'll also be Driving with hope, determination, and a commitment to creating a healthier, happier future for all. Join me in this vital cause, and together, we can make a meaningful impact. In the middle of all this sadness, I find comfort in the upcoming Distinguished Gentleman's Drive. It reminds us how important it is to take care of men's health and to talk to our loved ones about it. This event has shown me that we should cherish our time with family and friends because life is uncertain. It reminds us to get regular check-ups and talk to our loved ones about our physical and mental health. My recent losses have made me realize how crucial it is to prioritize health and encourage our close ones to do the same.

As I prepare for this year's Distinguished Gentleman's Drive, I do it with a heavy heart but also with a strong determination. I'm not just Driving for men's health, but also in memory of my brother-in-law, father-in-law, and my own father. Their memory will live on through my participation in this event, and I hope that by sharing my journey, I can inspire others to take care of their health. This year's Distinguished Gentleman's Drive isn't just about Driving in style. It's about honoring the memory of those we've lost and taking steps to improve men's lives everywhere. It's about talking openly about men's health and making sure that no one else has to go through the pain of losing a loved one too soon. So, on September 24th, I'll be Driving with a heavy heart, but I'll also be Driving with hope, determination, and a commitment to making a difference. Join me in this important cause, and together, we can create a healthier, happier future for all.

Why We Drive...

Saturday 12th

This year's Distinguished Gentleman's Drive holds a profoundly special significance for me as I take part in the event with a heavy heart, having experienced the loss of two beloved family members. In March, I bid farewell to my brother-in-law, and more recently, in July, my father-in-law passed away. Their departures have left a void that words cannot describe, but amidst the grief, I find solace in the power of this event and the importance it places on opening channels of communication with friends and family.

The DGD's focus on raising awareness for men's health issues and supporting the Movember Foundation resonates deeply with me now more than ever. The loss of my loved ones has reminded me of the fragility of life and the significance of looking after one another. It serves as a poignant reminder of the importance of cultivating meaningful relationships with those around us. The event encourages us to engage in open conversations about health, well-being, and the challenges that often go unspoken. I realize now that even a ten-minute conversation with a friend or family member can make a world of difference, offering support and understanding during difficult times. It is through these heartfelt dialogues that we can strengthen our bonds, create a sense of unity, and provide much-needed comfort to those facing their own battles. As I rev my engine in honor of my late family members, I'm inspired to be an advocate for mental health and wellness, and to foster an environment where no one suffers in silence. This year's Distinguished Gentleman's Drive becomes a powerful platform for healing, not just for me, but for all who have faced loss or struggled with personal challenges. Together, let's drive for change, drive for awareness, and drive for the value of open and compassionate communication with those we hold dear.

3rd Year !

Saturday 29th

For the third year in a row, I'm excited to join the Distinguished Gentleman's Drive (DGD), a great event for classic car enthusiasts. It's all about men's health and supporting the Movember Foundation. We dress up, drive in style, and bring awarenewss to the important things like early detection and mental health. It feels awesome to be part of this cause, making a difference by raising funds for research and programs that help men. Together, we drive with hope, empowering men to live happier and healthier lives.

Getting behind the wheel for The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive

Monday 17th On Sunday, September 24th 2023, I'll be taking part in The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive. Together with thousands of classic car enthusiasts around the world, I will be raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health for the charity, Movember.

Before the dapper day, I'll be looking to raise as much as possible for the cause, to help men around the world live happier and healthier lives. With men's chances of developing prostate cancer later in life increasing, and one man dying every minute by suicide, we must do all we can to prevent more men from suffering.

This is something that affects us all and together, we can make a change. Please give what you can.
