Sorry I’ve left this a little late — I’m not even sure either of the cars will start. 😂 The VK is currently on the battery charger, and if that decides it doesn't want to cooperate, the Celica is the backup. Although that hasn't been driven since I loaned it to a friend for the DGD last year, so this could be interesting... This Sunday, 27 September 2026, The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive is taking place around the world to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health , on behalf of Movember. Men die, on average, around 6 years earlier than women, and many of the factors contributing to that are preventable. Men’s physical and mental health deserves more attention, and events like this are a great way to get people talking and raise money for an important cause. And you don't have to just donate — get involved! If you've got a suitably distinguished car, bring it along and join the drive. Classic, interesting, quirky, or just something you're proud of — it's about getting out, getting together and supporting men's health. If you can't make the drive, even a small donation can help support the work Movember is doing for men's physical and mental health. So dust off the car, press the tweed, polish the shoes and get involved. Assuming, of course, that at least one of my cars decides to start. 😂

I'm Driving for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive

On Sunday the 27th of September 2026, I'm driving in The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my shoes, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
